dial back your overclock and try again I would say

the over clock I've had for 2 months that's why I've put it as stable it can do 5.1 stable so it's not the overclock :/ I've already tried that it just crashes straight after the windows logo

I can't my phone camera is broken but I think it might be the mbr because it boots fine in bios and to the windows logo but past that if you get into recovery without a blue screen it you can't reset so I don't know as ill lose a lot of data but would it be a good idea to try a fresh install of windows?

you could at least try. It's hard to diagnose if you have little to no info about the problem.
