also the 2700x comes with a pretty good cooler you should be able to get a decent oc out of it

you could also go with a 2700 and use the saved money to go with the better boards that were suggested before

 

the only difference between a 2700 and 2700x is slightly lower clock speed(this can be fixed by an oc) and a cooler that doesnt have rgb

ended up with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CBKRF61/ Amzon Wearhouse had one in used condition and was selling for $114+$7 tax
and then bought the Ryzen 7 2700x on ebay from Newegg for $309+$30 in taxes so $330.91 for  total $452.81.
