AIO Cooler generates vibration on Case
Seems normal enough, I would not be worried. I used to have the Deepcool Captain 240x AIO and the same thing happened, the pump introduced vibrations that drove me crazy. I went to my local hardware store and bought soft rubber washers that I mounted between my rad and the top of the case, that ended up doing the trick. The Cooler Master Pro 240 I bought afterward had a rubber fitting/gasket around the rad to prevent such an issue. Does NZXT not include one? That said my brother used to have a Thermaltake case and the AIO pump would cause vibration noises as well. Turns out the back panel of the case even when screwed in was not totally tight against the case and it would vibrate slightly. He ended up putting tiny rubber stoppers against the inside edge of the back panel so that it was securely fitted and that stopped his issue.
My advice is to run your hand around the panels of your case, if you notice that when you hold down a certain part that noise stops then you can pinpoint the cause, something is loose which is why you can hear the pump.
