Windows Apps Don't Work - Greyed Out

My store apps, and even the store app no longer work. 

I recall deleting one file under Program Files>Common Files> and then a folder with the name that started with 'D..." or something. Maybe called DESTINATION or something?

Does anyone know where I can get those files without reinstalling Windows?

You can repair or recover install. That removes any changes made after creating restore point. Windows creates restore points automatically when it updates.

DESIGNER, nope that is not it.

You or something (system tweak tool?) did something else.

 

But regardless a system restore (bring back your system in time before the issue occurred, without affecting your personal files), as suggest by LogicalDrm should fix your problem.
