Skyrim crashes right after clicking play, get gray screen then it crashes.

My friend is trying to play skyrim special edition on an old laptop, he's using just integrated graphics but he said he got it to work a few days ago without this issue. Any ideas?

Laptop specs? CPU/GPU temps when gaming?

I7 Q820 1.73ghz and no GPU. Haven't looked at temps, he doesn't PC game much at all. 8GB of ram
