I'll just keep it simple. no.

not because wattage, because quality. there are some questionable things in your build, but nothing to worry too much about. but that psu is way too low end for your system.

Get a Corsair CX550 or a CM G650M. Neither are outstanding, but they are sufficient.

Ideally, go for a Gold PSU like Corsair TXM, RMx, CM V series, Seasonic Focus Gold etc.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X MSI B550M Mortar 16GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4-3600 @ CL15 - RX5700XT 660p 1TBGB & 256GB 600p Fractal Define Mini C CM V550 - Pop!_OS 20.04

Why get a totally overpriced Intel??

And combine a 400€ GPU with a like 20€ PSU??

Ähm, no. Get a good PSU for example be quiet Straight Power 11, Bitfenix Formula or Whisper M, Cougar GX-F

450W is enough w/o OC, 550W "to be on the safe side"...

In short:
Get a good quality one not such cheap shit like the one you are planning on getting...

Just now, MrLovaLova said:

how about the EVGA 600 BR or CORSAIR VS Series VS600

Why do you want the cheapest bunch??
Why not get a good one??

Just because PSU don't make FSP doesn't mean its a good idea to save on the PSU. IF you don't have the money, get a smaller GPU or an AMD Ryzen 5/2600x instead. Over here the 2600x is like 170€ or so - 100€ less than the Intel 8600k.

Also, just to advise, those G26 SSDs are constantly getting controller issues that caps their performance bellow 200mbps on writing data, check Kingston's A400 model that should be in the same price range.
