What is the PC for then? Would be useful to know...

Also what's the budget?

Budget is around 1800-2000 US (Hard to tell because of different pricing in US and Cczech Republic)

PC will be used for work (multiple chrome tabs, Teamviewer connections, RDP connections, programing PLC), now he has an i7-4790K and according to him the CP is slow (actualy 16GB RAM, 860 Evo SSD M.2)

Get a Threadripper CPU. $20 more but has more cores and threads. He might need to upgrade his PSU later.

What sort of monster is this memmory?

Why would someone want  CL19 at 2666mhz when 3000mhz cl16 is cheap as hell

Not to mention a timebomb Zalman PSU. They literally never made a decent PSU. Lol.

German pricing for reference. This would be much better value. Only get a 1070 if it's cheaper or if your friend has a 100% dependency on Nvidia's CUDA.
