the stock cooler on the 2600x is fine for OC. the stock cooler on the 2600 isnt.

get an 2600 with an aftermarket cooler like the Dark rock 4 or arctic freezer 33 or Cryorig H7. it is the best option if you are overclocking

I have this chip to me the stock cooler is almost as good as the Coolermaster 212 Evo in Temps you can overclock till 4.3Ghz the most.  But the 2600 overclock better then 2600x but I still prefer 2600x.

My PC:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Processor (4.4Ghz), MOBO: GIGABYTE X470 AORUS Gaming 7 WiFi (AMD Ryzen AM4/ X470/ Intel Wave 2 WiFi/M.2), RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15, GPU: Gigabyte nVidia GeForce GTX 1080 Windforce OC GV-N1080WF3OC-8GD Graphics Cards, STORAGE: 120GB CRUCIAL SSD, 1TB WD BLUE, COOLER: Cooler Master 212 EVO RGB Black Edition, FANS: 4 x MasterFan MF120R RGB (2 Front, 1 Back, 1 Top), 1 x Noctua NF-P12 Redux 1700 RPM(Back off Cooler), PC CASE: Cooler Master MB500 case, PSU: EVGA 750 BQ.

Nice rig my friend...  Well the higher the fan speed the more you can OC.  But you have to deal with noise then.

Gammaxx 400, CRYORIG m9a are your best bets for cheapest cooler

higher end coolers will do absolutely nothing for increasing the clockspeed since 2600/2600x hits a voltage wall of 1.5 at 4.2/4.3ghz anyway (Depending on silicon lottery)

I noticed my 2600x hit 1.45v at stock 4.2 I thought anything above 1.4v would deteriorate the chip

Those temps seem fine, I don't understand why you want a better cooler.

Just for Aesthetics and I want my Temps even lower like at 100% CPU stress be in the 40s Celsius or lower 50s Celsius instead of 62c that am getting.

I don't know what Cooler can achieves this for me.  Not much articles or tests done on the 2600x.

Why? You're going to hit a voltage wall even if you overclock higher, after a certain point (usually 4.1ghz / 1.35V or somewhere around there) the voltage needed increases dramatically and you won't be able to make use of your relatively high-end cooler.
