Will the ASUS Prime Z370-A have enough fan headers for the EVGA CLC 240 and three fans?

If you click on the Specs tab of the motherboard link you posted you'll see under Internal I/O Connections it lists the headers on the board.  There's the CPU Fan Header, 2 Chassis Fan Connectors, and a Water Cooling Fan Header among other things.

 

I don't know what makes a Water Cooling Fan Header any different from the Chassis Fan Connectors, but I think the EVGA CLC fans are both powered by the one CPU Fan Header.  As for the other three fans you could use 2 in the Chassis Fan Connectors, and I think you should be able to put the third fan in the Water Cooling Fan Header, but someone else would have to confirm that.
