plenty for 60 fps at 1080p / 1440p

in reality with some settings turned down on most titles you can easy reach 144 fps with a decent gpu

What exactly is your budget? Do you already have the 2600?

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

There's ALWAYS a bottleneck. The question is how much.

"best gaming" will also depend on the games you play, the resolution of your monitor, and the settings you want to play at.

The build I suggested and improved upon by @TheDankKoosh should handle most games at 1080p pretty nicely.

btw, we're working with indian pricing, so you might even be able to get it for less, as we have a small selection of webshops listed. The 580, 590, 1060 6gb, 1070, vega 56, vega 64 or any other card that's listed here or is going to be listed can handle 1080/60 with ease

Can I use " Corsair 16GB DDR4 3000MHz RGB CMW16GX4M1D3000C16 "  RAM instead of the

Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory as you have suggested?

As I would like to go with the RGB RAM if possible.
