You have to enable XMP or Manual RAM overclocking in the BIOS. If you need more directions on how to do this, Linus/other techtubers should have plenty of youtube videos detailing it.

Ohmygod........ so I updated my bios, and tried XMP profile.. it worked.. the bios update had improved compatibility. 1 year wait to get the full speeds of the ram.
