Should i get a b450 or a x470 mobo with it? I live in Finland and my mobo budget is around 100-200€.

Get the MSI B450 Tomahawk or the MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon, the latter is the best in class but the prior is still good while being cheaper. You don't need an X470 board unless you want to run SLI.

well, basing on germany then (it's european union, so yeah) There are many good b450 boards, there are many good x470 boards. It really depends what you want/need in your board.
