What screwdriver will I need to remove the cooler off GTX 1080 EVGA

Chaarliie

Hello,

I am picking up a NZXT G12 + Corsair H55 to fit on my GTX 1080, was wondering what type of screwdriver I need to remove the spring loaded screws in the middle of the GPU?

A Philips screwdriver.

These screws are the same on a lot of GPUs (at least in my experience).

I just tested it and both Philips PH1 and PH0 seem to work just fine. Though honestly I've used a very small flathead before. Just don't go ham on it.

Idk, I have a little multi bit kit that I use for everything. Never had an issue getting my screws off my cards. Would be a worth while investment.
