HP Angelica with fx 8350 tmpin 1 hot

so weird problem i think it's thermal paste induced but not 100 percent. i replaced my HP CPU fan a few mouths back as it was going out. the new fan seemed to work for about a mouth now sometimes when i turn on the pc it says there is no cpu fan while the fan is running. but now my TMPIN 1 temps are now consistently in the 60 deg C range. Will a full clean of my CPU heat sink and new thermal past fix this or is it the sign of something bigger coming?

update ran MSI afterburner no problems with GPU and did not crash while performing a CPU burn. temps on CPU evened out at 61 deg C.

How do you have a 1070 running on an Angelica board? I couldn't get a modern card to run on mine. Pics of case and CPU cooling please?

I don't remember what revision I had. Is that little exhaust fan your only case fan? Does it run cooler with the side panel off?

i opened my window and and the issue has not re appeared i am just going to get new thermal paste and redo it. just have to make it to feb then i going to build a new computer and get away from HP and pre-built problems with shit components and really bad heat problems. and it does it's been that way seince i upgraded it a few years ago from a AMD FX 6120 to FX 8350
