Help new pc power cycles

Ers0413

Hello I just finished building my new pc

specs:

intel i7 9700k

msi z390 pro carbon ac

32gb trident z rgb ram

msi rtx 2080 trio

coarsair rm750x

The first time we boot it up it worked fine but had no signal on it so I turned it off and back on again and that is when the power cycle started I’ve done all the troubleshooting in the manual. As I the computer power cycle the motherboard showed that something was wrong with the cpu so I took of the aio and put new thermal paste but even after that it hasn’t worked. The pc is brand new
