New Gpu or Cpu for my build

So im currently deciding what im gonna get for my pc either its gonna be a new Rtx 2700 ( its a bit more expensive here in Holland than gtx 1080 ) or I want to get myself a AMD ryzen 7 2700x im really not sure what I want to get so I hope you guys can help me out

 

Current build

Intel core i5 4690k

MSI gaming 5 motherboard

16gb hyperx fury

Graphics card: MSI gtx 970
