Where does the tkg cable connect to on the motherboard?

I don’t know where the other end of a tkg cable goes, i plugged one side into the psu but I don’t know where the otherside goes.

Into a floppy drive, if you have one. (if you do, why?)

TGK is probably the connector manufacture as said this is a floppy connector and not needed.
