CM ML360R with corsair fans

so, ive got a ML360r wich comes with its own fanhub, but im gonna use 3 LL120s on it instead, ive got 2 commander pro nodes for the fans, but how do i best go about this, do i use 3 fans per hub or can i somehow use 1 hub for CPU and case fans?

If you are planning to use Corsair's lighting and fan control system you can hook up the fans to the RGB hub and onto the Commander pro for control including fan speed control.
