New Pc Build for 500-600€

Hello,

 

my Dad need a new pc for ~500€ (a absolutl max is 600€ i coud gift him 100€ if needed)

 

He is NOT gaming. This Pc is getting used for normal "Webbrowsing" and littlePhoto / Video Editing (but nothing professional (like holiday photo/video clips)

 

i rly don`t know what setup is good for it.

it shoudn`t be higher as a mid tower, a ssd for Windows.

 

Did he need a strong Gpu or just a gpu with good VRam?
