dont say anything about getting 1 strong card or whatever but i have an r5 1600 and is wondering if it will pair good with the crossfire or if there would be a bottleneck

No, crossfire is never a good pairing for anything anymore.

It's not even about bottleneck, its just not a very good choice. Crossfire isn't supported in everything (support is low) and it gets warmer from the cards being closer together (unless you water cool).
