Everytime i reboot my computer some apps uninstall automatically but the setup files stay there, pls help

It should not. Can you post what apps are getting uninstalled?

Going to need a little more information. Is this happening to random applications out of the blue or is this happening to programs as you attempt to install them?

 

Are you willing to mention what applications in particular Windows is uninstalling/deleting on it's own? If they're sketchy that might be why.

some games that i had installed bf1 doom but it only unst apps on my hd the apps on my sdd were fine

some apps are from fitgirl could that be it, and yes what could i do ? disable windows security ?

You won't be able to disable Windows Defender without some "hacking" and you shouldn't unless you have anti-virus of your own that you use. If they're valid applications I would consider running a virus scan. You can try re-installing the programs then scanning them with Windows Defender. If it doesn't care then the issue is being cause by something else.
