i7-6950X Idle temps?

Hello

just a quick one what are decent idle temps for the i76950X?

 

my PC is idle at the moment and my temp on my CPU is 52.4c

is that acceptable?

 

Should I create a new fan curve?

No info given. We don't know what cooler you're using or your ambient temps, and you didn't list your load temps either.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

I have a: Corsair H100i V2 Hydro Cooler
 
Is this custom fan curve acceptable? RPMs for Fan and Pump okay too?
 
that temp shown in the picture was taken as I am writing this post.
