The only one I have found is Argus Monitor. Its what im using and it works like a charm and easily configured. it is a paid software.

Can't use just the bios, have an ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO Intel Z370 and it has a couple the header locked to run at 100%, so been using SpeedFan to over ride this, but SpeedFan is really buggy and doesn't work when running some games.

Argus Monitor, but its not free, works better than Speed Fan imo though.

(Has a free trial at least, I used it for several months before it run out).

Which one? AIO_PUMP AND W_PUMP+ can be enabled by a bios setting. Imo there is no place for programs like SpeedFan since everything can be done by the BIOS and is OS agnostic.

It shouldn't be unless you're trying to run 2 / 3pin and 4pin fans off of the same group of headers with a pwm setting.
