Gaming monitor

Ben a cava

So I’ve got a 1060 6gb 16gb 2400hmz ram and a ryzen 5 2600 should I get a 1440p 60hz or 1080p 144hz. I like to game in weekends and holidays and won’t be going into contests or stuff

a 1060 can do 1440p but honestly not that well its more 1070 area. I would suggest 1080p just because the boost in res isn't worth it IMO.

The 1060 is a good 1080p 60fps card. It can do 144Hz depending on the game/settings, but I definitely wouldn't say it's good at 1440p. You can do it, you'd just have to turn settings down on most games.
