Cpu i7-8700k it has something on its pins and i dont know what it is.

hey..so i bought an i7-8700k never used and because im waiting for my other pc parts to come its been a month in its box without any use..one day i decided to open it and i noticed something on its pins.I dont know if its rust or anything else and im worried if it will affect anything. Here is some pics:

If it worries you so much, clean it up with isopropyl alcohol. That said, it doesn't look like anything more than some slight factory-residue and it's doesn't even bridge any of the pins together -- personally, I wouldn't give a fuck.
