Looks good but maybe get a ryzen 3 1200 or 1300 since you already have a dedicated gpu, or if you have more money to spare than that, an r5

My budget is I think around $200 maybe less so I might just get like a Ryzen 5 2600 and then wait to get more ram later. But isn’t replacing a cpu hard?

no, it's just cleaning the paste off, remove it, and put the new one in and do it just like you did with the old one.
