Need help regarding upgrading(i5-4690k bottleneck)

So i just picked up a evga RTX 2070 Black and i feel like my games are running worse and im getting a bottleneck.

I have a I5-4690k would that be bottleneck ? Im running 1920x1080 still also.

Ive read before i bought it shouldn't bottleneck but ppl also said it does on 1080. I had a 970 so thats a pretty big upgrade and i should notice

 

So i was wondering what i should upgrade to if i do need to, hesitating a little bit considering i have a LGA1150 Board and would need new board,ram and cpu which is a big cost

Pretty much all. csgo, Fortnite, BF V, hitman, destiny 2

csgo and fortnite won't suffer, but the rest will with FPS

 

if you're ok with ~10-20ish less FPS compared to a 2600, that's fine, but if you want to upgrade to the 2600 that's also fine
