Cheapest RGB integration for PC?

So ive got a standard gaming pc (no rgb right now...) And i want to change the case to a tempered glass one and RGB ALL THE THINGS! But i would like to do this on a budget (as much as i can).

Does anyone know of cheap RGB LED strips, Fans, cpu coolers even? that are good and can all sync up together? While not costing too much? Is there an adapter than converts the led strip connector (12v or 5v) to my pc? (i dont have a rgb header on my z87 motherboard)

My GPU is the Gigabyte G1 Gaming 1060, which has a RGB logo on the side, and uses the XTREME tuning utility to change colours and stuff...

Ideally, i would like all of them to be controlled using 1 software, and maybe sync up to the same effects...

I know this probably isn't possible, especially on a budget, but if it is and anyone knows of any good products, please let me know.

Considering rgb is a premium, it's kind of hard to do this on a budget. I don't think adapters exist either. I know cooler master has MasterFan AF-120 rgb fans that are controllable but they're probably not very good fans because of how cheap they are.
