Is this a good Upgrade?

Hi :) i have 350€ left to spend on my PC.

 

My specs:

R 5 1600 + arctic eSport one

Msi B350m pro vdh

Rx580

16gb 3000mhz Ram

400W System powe 9

 

I play some triple A games, and some eSport games. I also stream sometimes.

Should i get a new GPU? Sth like a 1070? Can my PSU power it?
