Buy cheap case and sell or part out?

bantership

Hello!

I'm upgrading the mobo on an old machine of mine and have parts lying around that I could turn into an HTPC or an ok-ish 1080p gaming PC.

Should I part this out or buy a cheap case to sell it whole? Keep in mind the CPU and mobo have some years on them, but the rest of the parts are fairly new.
