New Ryzen build will black screen crash.

So I built a Ryzen 5 1600 first day I played around with a bit games fine no issues, cruise the internet no problem. So I ran a CPU-Z stress test and a few times I got a black screen crash rather quick (around 5 minutes in), I couldn't even use the reset button OR actually power it down holding down the power button I had to throw the main PSU switch to restart it. The event viewer really isn't much help as I'm just getting a the system didn't shut down or crashed blah blah blah. The next event prior is like 30-40 minutes prior about a session failing to start. I'm a bit concerned at this point as it just happened again and all I was doing was watching Youtube and having to power cycle seems bad.

What PSU do you have?

Cooler Master V1000 - Fully Modular 1000W 80 PLUS Gold

 

I bought it about 4 years ago and it was running fine with my previous build (at least I think it was) as it never crashed like this.
