Cable sticking out next to PCI

Hello,

 

I just received my graphic card and there is a cable sticking out next to PCI. Would it be safe to use the card with it there? Can I just push it back? Thank you.

Looks like someone has had the cooler off of that card at some point and pinched the fan wires in there.

 

Just carefully push them aside and you should be fine.

Probably fan leads from the cooler. Just push them back in so they're not under any sort of mechanical stress.

Thanks guys for the replies. 

 

The card is supposed to be brand new, since someone took the fan out, do you think it would be worth to replace it for new one or just keep this one?
