How much should they cost? USD

CX550M is usually around 50 USD, CX650M is usually just a bit more.

Both will run a 1070 or 1080 without problems.

EVGA 650GD. It's a Tier 2, which is pretty high up on our PSU Tier List.

The Cooler Master MWE is a Tier 4; most people don't recommend getting anything lower than a Tier 3.
