Best Z270/Z170 Motherboard for $300 MAX

I have an i7 6700k and my motherboard is severely limiting my OC potential so I’m looking for a new mobo that’s great for overclocking and can be ATX or smaller.  My budget is $300. Also it can’t be a gigabyte motherboard (I don’t like em). Do you guys have any suggestions?

in US the Asrock Z170 OC formula and Asus Z170 Maximus 8 Ranger are at killer prices.

 

In Canada good Z170.Z270 boards cost so much you might as well buy a new CPU.

I agree about ASRock ^^^ Just recently built my first gaming pc. i purchased the asrock z270 killer sli/ac as it came with built in wifi if needed. and it comes with overclock profiles so it took the guess work out of that process for me. i am running a delidded i7 7700k in it o/c'd to 4.9Ghz and it runs amazingly. it went up in price to $119 when i had it sitting in my cart for a long time. didnt feel like waiting for it to come back down again. its back down to $99
