contact dell with the pc serial number. they can probably find the EXACT screw you need. 

 

or just bring it to a PC parts store. they can help you with it there most likely.

yeah dell has a spot for you to put in the exact service tag on their website from what i remember when i had to troubleshoot one of my XPS desktops.
