Will the gigabyte rx 580 be fit? 

The case says it fits dual slot gpu but the gigabyte RX580 is a 2.5 slot card

there might not be space, it depends on how much space is between pci brackets and side panel,

On smaller cases like that, it's best to not push it too close.  Your GPU fans are going to be right up against the side panel even if it does fit, negating what little air flow it would have to begin with.
