Is Dave2D using fake screen footage?

So I was watching Dave2D's review of the S10 and I strongly suspect the images shown on the screen are being faked. I have played this section of the video over and over and I can't think of anything else that would produce what can be seen at 18 seconds into the review: https://youtu.be/3mQh7mFgeBc?t=18 

 

Watch the video at 4k and 1/4 speed, pay close attention to the bottom corners of the video...

Just keeping this here as a
