Freezing ... Bluescreen and then ...gone

Hello guys, first of all, sorry for my bad enghlish , hope you understand me and if this topic is in the wrong place, sorry but I’m new :) .

 

 I am having some problems with my PC. First my windows is giving me bluescreens when i render something in premiere or 3dmax studio. I found the problem I think. My overclock was not set correctly, so i decide to put it on default with 3600mhz . But in premiere pro i need to render with my CPU not with GPU , and it takes to long to render some clips. If i render with CPU on 3600mhz with default setting on overclock , it works. So if u can help me with some good and decent setting with overclock. And why i get this? Why my PC is freezing and the bluescreen? Maybe it's not correctly overclock .. i dont know :| .. and btw.  I bought this PC 1 year ago. But now i change my windows boot on M.2 and from there i got bluescreens maybe.

M2 SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB

 

I put Some printscreens.

 

So if anyone can help me with some settings in bios, please ... i dont like this type of working with default settings and super long rendering videos. How can i adjust this in bios ?

Is it me or is the CPU core voltage a little low?
