Hello!

So I have a ps4 and someone offered an lga 1151 for one of the games, but at this same period I'm building a new pc.

I've seen that the lga 1151 has a lot of good cpus, but idk what one I should buy buy for gaming and some recording or editing.

My budget is around 110 eur

That depends, are we talking 6000/7000 series CPU or an 8000 series CPU? What motherboard?

What's your budget for the whole system?

It's 400 eur, only 180 eur is left for cpu and ram.

Dang, sounds like a ddr3 sort of build right now. Which can still run plenty of games with a decent GPU.

Are you sure you don't want to wait to buy something a little newer though?

My brother runs a ddr3 system, he has a 4th gen i5 with 16 gigs of RAM. Which sounds like it's above your budget for now... So I'd wait to purchase more parts to at least get something decently strong going on.

Ok. And which motherboard model did you get? LGA1151 is just the socket, that's not enough info. We need an actual model, i.e. Asus B250 Pro.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X MSI B550M Mortar 16GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4-3600 @ CL15 - RX5700XT 660p 1TBGB & 256GB 600p Fractal Define Mini C CM V550 - Pop!_OS 20.04

For €110 you should be able to get like an i5-6400, 6500, 7400 or 7500 on the 2nd hand market. For the 7000 chips, you might need a bios update.
