in the market for a $140 phone

so i need a phone that can play games like pubg, minecraft, creative destruction, but can also handle my scripting and has plenty of storage ( prefferably 32 or 64gb) budget is $140 USD no ebay or craigslist please

If you're not willing to buy used, it's going to be impossible. Probably would have to spend $250 more until you can get what you want, and that's a stretch.

I agree, unless you are willing to go up to something around 300$, there's no phone that exists at that price point that can run very graphics intensive games like PUBG or CD or handle ram intensive scripting... At that price point, you may only be able to get a device that has 1Gb of ram, which frankly even struggles with daily tasks like Instagram, twitter, youtube, etc...
