As soon as youtube makes large-scale changes to make this strategy less effective, there's nothing we can really do about it. 

I agree with your sentiment but can you make your videos easier to search for? Like more information in description. I never cared for the titles, I just want to find a video from a year ago through search terms rather than scrolling through for hours.
