PC wont boot after asthetic upgrade

I just got home from my trip to china and bought this rgb fans that look like's the enermax rgb fans now my problem is that i installed it in my case and it won't boot and i need to edit a video for school so please help

Disconnect the fans and try again?

 

Could be a short caused by the Chinese fans not being 100% compatible with your RGB controller.

Does your PC turn on at all, as in, do fans spin up etc.? 

 

If it does nothing at all, you might need to take everything out and start testing components one by one.

How do i test it i only have one system and i already removed the gpu

You can't boot a Ryzen system without a GPU, so that won't help in this case. So it doesn't even power up?

Im gonna try switching the gpu

Update i jumped the psu and the fans start but it when i plug it back in the MoBo it won't boot

UPDATE!! 

It was my MY motherboard for some reason i since changed it to a b350 mortar by MSI
