My screen flashes slightly in game

I got a new display and gpu and when i played a game it was very laggy and lighting is messed up the bright objects in game would flash slightly i have no idea whats going on someone pls help me i using freesync and a 1ms refresh panel my pc specs are at my profile

What GPU, do you have. And are the drivers installed

RX 580 Red Devil 8gb i got the latest drivers from amd website

You should get the drivers from the manufacturer's website, not from AMD.
