Low GPU usage in all games NEED HELP

Same problem, gpu 60 % usage in games, my cpu 12-20% and my frames not so good.

Im not 18 so my dad did the drivers but he did them just the other day. And I cant possibly imagine what could be bottle necking my gpu

nvidia rtx 3060, and ryzen 5 3600 , 16 gigs of 3200 ram fast ssd

I also have the same problem with a r 5 2600 and a 1070ti 40% cpu usage and 30-50 gpu usage

Hi, I had this problem where gpu utility is 0% when running games, this started randomly 2 months ago. FPS dropped to 5-10 and temps stayed low. After trying everything with drivers, windows and settings in windows I found out it was CITRIX. After deleting CITRiX everything went back to normal.
