Dell u2311hm monitor suddenly doesn't power on

Hi, my Dell monitor doesn't power on
I tried everything, replacing the power cable, plugging in directly to wall outlet instead of power strip and no sign of life.
It happened a month ago when it wasn't powering on and I've waited a couple minutes before plugging it in and it worked.
But now I can't get it to work

Try a different power surge or different input and also it can be the power cable so change that.  Try these things and let us know...

Already tried with a different power cable and plugged into a wall outlet. 

No luck so far
