not so Important

why? its evga, a reputable brand?

brands say nothing with psu's. or anything for that matter. evga and cooler master have made some terrible or just old psu's in the past. this is one of them

get a good psu. tier 3/c or higher, and wait for a sale if you can't get one at the exact moment. I don't want you to come back here because something bad happened with your psu

nothing that really matters. it means it's packed for retail, as it says

It could be the case but its risky, isn't there any website that's better that this one?

This one. Looks like it's the cheapest independently regulated PSU there.

https://www.kilobaitas.lt/Korpusu_mait_saltiniai/SILENTIUMPC/SILENTIUMPC_Vero_L2_Bronze_500/SPC164/CatalogStoreDetail.aspx?CatID=PL_403&ID=781558

https://www.silentiumpc.com/en/product/vero-l2-bronze-500w/

Assuming they aren't outright lying on their website, it should be quite decent.

they are not its been around for 20 years so im pretty sure there is no point to lie. also it has great reviews, 2 of the laptops and a tv was bought from there.

Well, yes. I know about the brand, and I know for a fact that they have at least some quite decent PSUs.

There's still a Zalman ZM500-TX 500W 80 PLUS

Power Supply seems to be at least solid enough while it's within OP's budget.

From what I could find it's not a total fire hazard, hopefully @Stefan Payne can advise, OP comes from a country with poor alternatives and has too much of a tight budget.

Are you aware that you don't shop for Brand you shop for Model?

I have a Zalman power supply (ZM750-ARX 750w 80 Plus Platinum) powering an i7 3970X with dual TITAN X Maxwell on a render farm for more than a year already flawlessly.
