AMD ryzen balance power mode

Hello everyone ??

 

I have b450 gaming plus motherboard , and i am asking about ryzen balance power mode that's come with mobo chipset .... Its good to i use it with my system ??????

 

As I'm pc gamer I was always use high performance mode.

Yes it works well. It's preferred over the normal high performance profile because it can also clock the CPU back down when power isn't needed.

It depends on which CPU you have.  It was created for 1st gen Ryzen and second gen Ryzen can use any power plan you'd like as long as Minimum Processor State is set below 50%.  With my 2700X I use Ultimate Performance and Minimum Processor State set to 20%.
