Samsung Monitor Reset Issue

Good day,

 

I am trying to reset my Samsung 27 inch PC monitor (Model #: S27E390H) by entering the on-screen display menu and navigating to the reset option.

I manage to open the menu but every time I use the JOG button to navigate to the settings option on the left, the menu disappears.

 

I am following these steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00042723/ but I can't manage step 4.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
