Best 4K TV under $2000 USD

Well Cyber Monday is here and I am looking for a new 65" inch smart tv.  My budget is $2000 USD. Any ideas?

Something from LG or Samsung. You'll be looking at something like:

 

4k

Smart TV

HDR

IPS

OLED or QLED

60-120Hz

3+ HDMI slots

A few months ago I bought an 65" LG C8 OLED and it's fantastic.

 

Edit:

I did pay more than $2000 at the time, but maybe you can find one for that today...

How can you have both IPS and OLED in the same screen?

I was giving out options, just like I listed 60-120Hz.
