network printer stop printing and access denied

Hi everybody!!

Please, I need your precious help as follows..

 

In a domain, each user (every user windows 10) cannot print in the network printer.

If you go to printing jobs of the printer, there you will see the gathered printings. It's about 5-6. There printings are gathered and not printed.

I tried from this window of print jobs via a couple of users to delete each print, but access denied.

 

What is the solution to that?
